We also provide comprehensive benefits. A Day in the Life of a Care Partner As a Care Partner, you play a vital role in our community. You provide total care for residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, toileting, and oral care. You perform care as defined by resident plan of care or assignment card. You record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight with attention to detail. You observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, or behavior. You maintain confidentiality and follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements as well as facility policies and procedures. Your warm, friendly demeanor supports excellent customer service and helps build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues. You take pride in the difference you make in residents' lives. Qualifications Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Desire to work with the elderly. Experience working as a direct support professional or caregiver is preferred, but not required. Work Schedule This position works 8-hour shifts with the following open: 3pm-11:30pm which will include every other weekend.
