OverviewKPMG is currently seeking a Director, Global Cloud Products Leader to join our Global Technology & Knowledge Group, which is part of KPMG International. Our growth is driven by delivering real results for our clients and supported by a culture that encourages development, embraces an inclusive environment, rewards innovative excellence, and supports our communities.ResponsibilitiesManage aspects of the product lifecycle including backlogs, epics, maintenance, communications, translating scrum reports and related investment programsProvide financial and people management of the Cloud Enterprise Product team; define and proactively monitor key financial and performance metrics to support and inform product decisionsEngage in problem solving with analytics to determine trends and root causesPresent and collaborate with senior stakeholders from member firms, global functions and other areas of Information Technology Services (ITS) Global to create strategic roadmaps for Cloud Enterprise ProductsPartner with strategic suppliers to implement best practice approaches to cloudQualificationsMinimum fifteen years of recent experience in information technology; minimum five years of recent experience leading Cloud Engineering teamsBachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university; equivalent work experienceExperience working in an agile operating environmentProven ability to dynamically prioritize work efforts to meet deadlines and work effectively with minimal supervision in a team environmentAuthorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the futureCompensation and BenefitsKPMG complies with all applicable laws regarding recruitment and hiring. California salary range: $155,000 - $311,000.
