Responsibilities Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service. Oversee daily operations: scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and store performance. Train, coach, and develop team members at every level. Maintain health, safety, and food quality standards. Represent the store in the community and drive sales growth.
