Regional General Manager (IN TRAINING)

Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market, is seeking a driven and experienced General Manager - IN TRAINING to oversee all aspects of branch operations in the PACIFIC NORTHWEST region, including WASHINGTON, OREGON & BRITISH COLUMBIA. The role involves regional travel up to 50% of the year. The company designs, manufactures, sells, and installs Patio Enclosures sunrooms and Stanek window products. Responsibilities Manage jobs and projects using the company’s CRM system. Implement and oversee customer satisfaction processes. Handle job profitability, costing, and budgeting. Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs. Monitor team performance and train on procedures. Evaluate subcontractor performance and quality standards. Train staff on installation procedures for all products. Manage material orders and ensure safety standards are met. Meet with customers for complex jobs or service issues. Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in remodeling or residential construction. P&L responsibility experience preferred. Strong team-building, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Process-oriented with excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills. Experience working with multiple trades and subcontractors. Proficiency with technology, especially MS Excel. Compensation Competitive salary plus bonus/variable compensation, with benefits including health insurance, vision and dental plans, 401(k), disability insurance, and paid vacation and holidays.
