As a General Manager, you will showcase leadership skills, collaborate with a dedicated team, and contribute to the flawless execution of our operations.ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Lead, mentor, and coach a team to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management.Implement and maintain strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and the successful execution of promotional campaigns.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve targets.Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and personal development.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and clean work environment.RequirementsProven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully managing a high-volume establishment.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team anized and meticulous, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.This position offers a robust benefits package, including Health Savings Account (HSA), Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401(K) Plan + Company Match, Paid Time Off, Employee Resource Group(s), and Tuition Reimbursement program through Colorado Technical University.
