Ensures financial oversight of a multi branch market, planning and forecasting, labor management, materials, and account management. Participates in or leads customer relations, sales and service activities.AccountabilitiesAchievement of established goals and objectives – safety, financial, cultural, brand reputationORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENTThis position reports directly to the Group President and collaborates cross functionally with other market and branch leaders and support team members on the fulfillment of position expectations.QualificationsHVAC/mechanical services/construction industry experience, leading and growing successful operations from sales to service, requiredBachelor's degree in Business or related field, preferredFinancial and analytical skills, and forecasting abilities, strong analytical skillsDemonstrated leadership capabilities includes building and growing a team, resolving issues, developing talent and managing measures of accountabilityProficient with Microsoft Office, particularly with ExcelDemonstrated success running a multi-site sales and service organizationKnowledge and experience with administration of safety and OSHA guidelinesExperience reporting and presenting information to executive level managementBEHAVIORAL PROFILETeam builder, ApproachableStrong communicatorHigh accountability, Results-orientedCreative problem solverCollaboratorEntrepreneurial spiritNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
