OverviewDigital Financial Partner - Dolson Branch. Full-time position. Perform duties focused on member needs, digital enrollment, account and loan assistance, and service excellence within Heritage Financial Credit Union.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesAnswer all incoming member calls and address needs, including assisting with account openings, consumer loan products, and digital enrollments for HFCU products and services.Respond to digital inquiries (chat, online accounts, loan requests, and marketing leads).Proactively engage new memberships established through line of business partners to assess needs and offer appropriate products and services.Maintain required expertise on all HFCU products and services.Think critically to provide best options for sales opportunities and general needs.Handle cash and processing anize priorities, achieve monthly goals, and deliver quality work.Function as Teller or Financial Service Representative to support branch needs.Support employee development and participate in personal growth using available tools and resources.Identify operational enhancements and research options for process improvements; partner with departments as applicable.Participate in organizational team projects, representing Retail professionally.Mentor new hires and perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsEducation/CertificationCustomer service and sales experience. Notary License required or within 12 months of hire.Required Knowledge And ExperiencePrevious call center experience a plus.Active listening and effective communication.Problem-solving abilities and technical support skills.HFCU product knowledge.Extensive customer service and sales experience (financial industry preferred), including needs-based selling, cash handling, project and team participation, and community development.Skill development in cash handling and transactional processing, including account and loan intake and funding, and answering member inquiries through in-branch and phone interactions.This position requires working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and compliance with the BSA and the designated BSA Officer.Skills/AbilitiesThink critically and creatively to problem-solve and build business plans.Collaborate effectively with team, department leaders, and partners to achieve goals.Demonstrate self-awareness, discipline, and a strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of self, team, and municate professionally and respectfully with internal and external members.Listen attentively and address member needs and concerns.Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.Develop a network of support and collaboration with peers.Show engagement, enthusiasm, and passion through stellar service.Salary Description$23.00 - $26.00 per hourSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeContractJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustries: BankingReferences to related roles and alerts are provided for applicants seeking similar positions in the area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
