OverviewJoin to apply for the General Manager role at Nuvia Dental Implant CenterWhat Nuvia OffersPay: $65,000-$131,000 per yr (varies with bonuses)Up to $4,000 monthly bonuses averaging out to roughly $48,000 per yrUp to $2,000 Quarterly bonuses averaging out to roughly $8,000 per yrRole OverviewGeneral Managers are an integral part of each Nuvia center, working with administrative, clinical and sales team members to ensure the success of the center. General Managers are responsible for optimizing the patient schedule to align with production goals and to ensure patients are treated efficiently. They ensure patients have an exceptional treatment experience through excellent communication and managing patient expectations. The General Manager coordinates the medical clearance of Nuvia patients, working with Nuvia providers and external clinical offices to ensure timely clearances for surgical procedures. They also manage the administrative team and Dental Assistants, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and workflows are efficient.ResponsibilitiesDrives a productive and efficient scheduleWorks with clinical team to ensure patients are cleared for surgeryEnsures Nuvia’s best practices are in placeAdministers and enforces company policies and proceduresWorks closely with clinical providers to communicate company objectivesServe as a point of contact between centralized operations and their centerEnsure compliance in the center based on OSHA and HIPAA guidelinesFacilitate training for center staff on new best practicesQualifications3-5 year management experience in dental fieldFamiliar with OSHA and HIPAA compliance standardsExperience with OpenDental management Software preferred2+ years experience as a training facilitatorA Day In The LifePatient Scheduling: Schedule patients to optimize efficiency and productionMedical Clearances: Work with Nuvia providers and external clinical offices to ensure patients are cleared for their surgical procedures in a timely mannerSystem Updates: Ensure accuracy of documentation in Nuvia’s operating system to accurately track patient surgeries, outstanding balances, and medical documentationDaily Huddles: Perform daily huddles and inspections to facilitate alignment and adequate maintenance of the centerCommunication Management: Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational excellence and alignmentMiscellaneous Firefighting: Leverage your managerial skills to troubleshoot and solve daily situations that could negatively impact the patient, your team, or NuviaJoin today!
