This role is 100% remote and based in the North Region.Location and EligibilityRemote role; ideal candidate will sit in Alaska, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead corporate sales initiatives in close collaboration with the regional corporate team, understanding emerging corporate trends and leveraging insights to cultivate premier partnerships.Lead procurement of multi-million-dollar partnerships ($1M+), delivering tailored solutions with account teams.Demonstrate external sales leadership, embodying the OneACS mindset and setting a standard of excellence for peers and stakeholders.Provide high-level expertise across industries to support revenue generation and strategic partnership development.Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to identify and optimize value propositions for each account.Understand key disciplines (sales, marketing, CSR, employee engagement/HR, procurement, benefits) to design and implement effective partnership strategies.Engage with external CEOs and senior leaders to explore mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities aligned with ACS goals.Provide guidance to regional teams in developing bespoke account strategies that deliver maximum value for partners and ACS.Design and implement a comprehensive regional corporate strategic plan with internal alignment and execution across levels.Cultivate $1M+ strategic partnerships in collaboration with the Executive Vice President and account teams.Lead regional teams in best-in-class sales practices; mentor regional corporate teams to drive externally focused sales success.Spearhead growth in existing accounts by convening cross-functional teams and delivering strategic expansion.Coordinate with area boards, CEOs, and other leaders to unlock opportunities and access high-impact corporate decision-makers.Develop and execute effective closing strategies and maximize partnership value through collaboration.Identify and develop new opportunities within existing partnerships, expanding event sponsorships into multi-faceted relationships.Develop proposals for $1M+ partnerships; present tailored, value-driven solutions with account teams during interviews when needed.Leverage organizational assets to offer innovative partnership offerings; understand partner needs and maintain long-term relationships as primary contact.Foster ongoing partner engagement, deliver on outcomes, and propose additional solutions as partner interests evolve.Ensure a seamless, high-impact partner experience with timely delivery of commitments.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree preferred10+ years of account development/sales management experience preferredSpecialized Training or KnowledgeProven track record in establishing and managing multi-dimensional partnerships in targeted industries; nonprofit experience is a plus but not required.Experience in corporate sales leadership with ability to drive substantial revenue growth and strategic partnerships.Extensive experience managing large-scale partnerships and navigating complex corporate structures.Deep industry knowledge across multiple sectors with adaptability to evolving business needs.Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and senior leaders.Strategic thinker with ability to align internal and external resources to achieve petencies/SkillsAccountability: responsible for outcomes and high standards; proactive status updates.Business Knowledge: apply industry best practices to advance goals with data-driven decisions.Strategic Mindset: leverage capabilities to deliver results and translate future possibilities into anizational Savvy: navigate complex dynamics and champion initiatives.Leadership Courage: address tough issues and communicate clearly and respectfully.People-First Mindset: support meaningful work, development, and work-life balance; respect for all staff.Other SkillsStrong business acumen and analytical thinkingSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal influencing skillsSkilled negotiator with experience in multi-faceted partnershipsStrong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work with senior leadership to manage processes and expectationsFlexible mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and changing prioritiesEntrepreneurial thinking and project management with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSpecial Mental or Physical DemandsAbility to travel (by car and/or airplane) when required (estimated 20–25%)Compensation & BenefitsStarting rate is $136,000 to $146,000.
