We seek a dynamic, experienced, and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead this expansion.Main duties and responsibilitiesAs the General Manager, you will establish and grow our US operations, overseeing legal setup, staffing, and daily operations. You will collaborate with our European leadership and report to the Managing Director to execute our expansion plan effectively.Lead the establishment of operations in the US, including legal registration, facilities, and hiring.Build and manage a local team, including recruiting, training, and development.Oversee engineering project delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.Report regularly to the MD on project progress and budget adherence.RequirementsProven leadership experience (5+ years) in engineering/construction, with at least 10 years in mechanical engineering.Experience managing budgets, project pipelines, and engineering teams.Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including government, clients, and vendors.Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and growth drive.Excellent English communication skills; German fluency is a plus.Strong project management skills for complex projects.What we offerLead a high-profile market petitive salary and benefits.Dynamic, collaborative work environment.Support from an experienced team.If you are a strategic leader passionate about engineering and growth, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
