General Manager Trainee

About the Role:As a General Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Marble Falls location. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field2+ years of experience in retail managementStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the grocery or food industryExperience with inventory management softwareBilingual in English and SpanishResponsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the storeProvide exceptional customer serviceManage inventory and orderingSchedule staff and ensure proper coverageEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresSkills:As a General Manager Trainee, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of employees. You will also need to have excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and scheduling. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of customer service and be able to provide exceptional service to our customers.
