Your Role As a People Operations Partner at the Greensburg Manufacturing facility, you’ll be the HR partner for our hourly workforce—championing employee experience, driving talent strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across all shifts. This onsite role based in Greensburg, Indiana, collaborates with site leadership and team members to shape a positive work environment where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. You’ll lead recruitment, resolve employee relations matters with care, and impact the culture and success of our manufacturing operations. This role reports to the People Operations Manager. Responsibilities Leads the talent acquisition process for all hourly roles; collaborates with departmental leaders to define skills and competencies. Promotes positive and inclusive employee experience by supporting site communication, engagement and retention plans, and community involvement activities. Drives onboarding, performance, and training activities; administers service award and recognition programs; manages job changes and separation processes. Ensures consistent application and execution of HR programs and processes. Maintains career and life cycle changes in the HRIS. Advises and coaches site leadership on employee relations matters and implements measures to minimize issues; acts as escalation point for employee relations. Supports lean manufacturing programs and actions. Maintains employee records and compliance for remote/hybrid employees in California, including wage ordinances, breaks, and home office reimbursements. Supports employees across three shifts and applicable locations; willing to travel domestically up to 10%. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment. PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred. Proficient in Indiana labor laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust across all levels. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience supporting multi-shift operations and hourly employee populations. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and communication platforms preferred. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; able to influence and coach leaders.
