Program Director of PA Studies (Higher Education)

Overview We are seeking a Physician Assistant (Program Director) to lead and focus on transforming the lives of physician assistant students. This position is a direct hire, permanent role with hybrid work arrangements in Dallas, TX. Salary ranges from $190,000 to $230,000 per year with a $40,000 bonus and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities Attend workshops, seminars, and meetings. Evaluate student academic performance in the program. Review and revise performance objectives to ensure valid clinical learning experiences. Structure the daily operation of the program, including administration, periodic review and evaluation, continued development, and overall curriculum effectiveness.
