OverviewGeneral Manager role at Quality Fresca LLC (Brand: Moe's Southwest Grill) in Land O Lakes, FL. This position is full time and focuses on leading a restaurant with a sales volume in the range of $650,000 to $2.5M, managing daily operations, people, and finances to achieve return on investment while maintaining brand standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.ResponsibilitiesStaff the restaurant with high-quality employees; attract, select, and retain hourly management and staff; implement effective local recruitment; onboard and train employees to brand standards; coach and develop the team; manage scheduling and staffing levels; lead periodic employee meetings; ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws; communicate employee issues to leadership.Drive Radical Hospitality for guests; uphold restaurant standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety; ensure adherence to recipes, procedures, and policies; drive guest satisfaction and local store marketing programs; investigate and resolve guest complaints and feedback; ensure equipment operates efficiently and facility maintenance aligns with company standards.Manage Local Store Marketing efforts with the marketing team; build and maintain community relationships; lead and manage catering sales for the store.Hit food cost and labor cost standards; drive financial results to achieve ROI; grow sales year over year; forecast sales and adjust as needed; control costs related to cost of sales, labor, payroll, and other controllable costs; ensure adherence to operational systems and procedures; ensure product availability; complete administrative duties (daily/weekly/periodic financial reports); review and analyze profit and loss statements; diagnose opportunities and implement action plans in coordination with leadership.Maintain restaurant facilities and equipment in working order.Demonstrate company values and perform other tasks as directed by leadership; represent Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC professionally.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience in restaurant operations; ServSafe certified.Experience: At least 2 years of restaurant management experience required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Quality restaurant operations; strong communication and facilitation skills; financial acumen; marketing techniques; organizational and computer skills; conflict resolution; safe driving; leadership and management; ability to build positive working relationships; ability to multi-task; ability to lead a restaurant team to achieve company goals; self-directed work; adherence to company core values – Quality Way.Physical and Cognitive RequirementsRegularly communicate clearly, move, and stay in a stationary position as needed. May occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
