This role blends technical leadership, strategic governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our Power Platform ecosystem is secure, performant, and aligned with enterprise goals.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect Scalable Solutions Design and implement robust Power Platform applications that align with business objectives and IT strategy.Technical Leadership Mentor and guide a team of Power Platform developers, fostering innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.Governance & Standards Define and enforce best practices in solution architecture, application lifecycle management (ALM), and platform governance.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver impactful applications.Lifecycle Management Oversee the full lifecycle of Power Platform solutions-from ideation and development to deployment, monitoring, and support.Security & Performance Establish and uphold security protocols, performance benchmarks, and compliance standards across the Power Platform ecosystem.Must-Have QualificationsProven experience architecting and delivering solutions on Microsoft Power PlatformDeep understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure servicesDemonstrated success in leading development teams and managing enterprise-grade projectsFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM tools for Power PlatformStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsMicrosoft certifications such as PL-600 or PL-400 are a pluAbout Korn FerryKorn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
