OverviewProject Manager, Facilities II role at Sutter Health—Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF). The position represents Sutter Health on design and construction projects including new development, facility expansion, renovation, and retrofitting. Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on design and construction activities in accordance with the project controls requirements as outlined in the Process & Controls Manual (PCM). Administers consultant and construction agreements and supports the delivery of small projects with light to moderate complexity on time and on budget. Manages relationships with Sutter Health affiliates for those projects.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Sutter Health on design and construction projects including new development, facility expansion, renovation, and retrofitting.Coordinate, monitor, and report on design and construction activities aligned with PCM requirements.Administer consultant and construction agreements.Deliver the scope of small projects with light to moderate complexity on time and on budget.Manage relationships with Sutter Health affiliates for related projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or other closely related field.
