OverviewBusiness Solutions Manager - Miami, FL (Onsite) at Loud And Live. This is an onsite role based out of our offices in Doral, FL (not remote or hybrid).ResponsibilitiesProject Management & TimelinesDevelop and oversee comprehensive project timelines for all business development initiatives, including RFP responses, client pitches, and proposal submissions.Monitor progress, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively communicate updates to internal teams and stakeholders.Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.Presentation Development & EditingPartner with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, high-quality presentations and proposals that align with client objectives.Conduct in-depth research and curate relevant data to enhance key messages and provide valuable client insights.Write, edit, and proofread presentation materials, ensuring clarity, precision, and adherence to brand guidelines.Design visually engaging presentations using industry-standard tools such as PowerPoint or Google ternal Communication & CollaborationServe as a liaison between the business development team and other agency departments (e.g., creative, strategy, media) to streamline collaboration and resource sharing.Gather input and insights from team members to enrich presentations and proposals with diverse anize and lead internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workflow discussions to foster alignment and efficiency.Administrative SupportMaintain accurate records of all business development activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.Assist with the preparation of client meeting agendas and capture thoughtful notes and action steps from prospective client meetings.Provide general administrative support to the business development team as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a business development, marketing, or project management role, preferably within an agency setting.Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion and experience delighting clients and going above & beyond.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proven experience in developing and delivering high-quality presentations and proposals.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Information Technology, and SalesIndustries: Entertainment ProvidersReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Loud And Live by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
