Key Responsibilities Take ownership as a discipline leader on multiple projects, focusing on plumbing system selection, engineering & design. Prepare plumbing drawings, sketches, analyses, specifications, and calculations. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Provide management and oversight of plumbing design support staff. Provide construction administration & site observations related to projects. Deliver exemplary service and support to team members and clients. Support overall project management for the MEP team. What You'll Bring Required Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience equivalent to a degree. 10+ years' experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting. Team leadership/management experience. Project management experience in the MEP space. Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards. Complete understanding of building codes. Thorough design system knowledge. Commuting distance to Chicago, IL. Preferred Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience). CPD Certification. LEED Accreditation. Working Autodesk REVIT knowledge.
