Job Description

Stoneridge Software is looking for a Client Partner who is highly motivated, client-centric, and passionate about building strong, value-driven relationships. In this role, you’ll work closely with key client stakeholders to understand their business goals, ensure their technological solutions are aligned and performing optimally, and help them get the most out of their partnership with Stoneridge Software. Your key responsibilities encompass support management, strategic account planning, and fostering strong, lasting connections with our clients.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for Strategic & Engaged client accountsDevelop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and executivesAct as a client advocate internally, ensuring needs and expectations are clearly communicated and met. Balance advocating for the client and Stoneridge to ensure mutually beneficial outcomesConduct regular business reviews and check-ins to monitor satisfaction and identify emerging needs. Maintain an Account Plan for each clientBusiness Growth & Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts through cross-selling and upsellingCollaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft compelling solutions for client challengesWork closely with Practice Leaders and Sales Executives to scope and price new engagements within your accountsMeet or exceed revenue growth targets and retention for assigned accountsPrioritize learning about key solutions (Microsoft and Stoneridge offerings) and industry trends to better support client conversationsDelivery Leadership & Oversight: Provide high-level guidance on project direction and ensure alignment with client goals. Engagement levels will vary by client classificationMonitor delivery performance and resource alignment in partnership with delivery teams (Projects and Support)Intervene strategically when client relationships or delivery need support or course correctionParticipate in key delivery meetings and ensure successful handoffs between teamsClient Data Management: Ensure all client information, activities, and opportunities are accurately captured and regularly updated in CRM and account management systemsLeverage client data to inform account strategies, identify trends, and enhance service deliveryPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience8+ years of experience in the software industry, ideally in a B2B environment8+ years of industry and/or consulting experience, with a strong focus on client delivery5+ years of hands-on product experience and leading software implementations5-7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementProven ability to design innovative solutions that address complex business needs and streamline or automate processesStrong background working with Microsoft technologies and integrations, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystemExperience managing multiple priorities or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support team members (people management experience preferred)Solid understanding of organizational change management, especially in the context of ERP or large-scale technology initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsComfortable presenting project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive sponsors and project teamsStrong technical aptitude and a proactive approach to problem-solvingCollaborative mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to team and business goalsAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams, clients, and partnersAbility to communicate effectively in both spoken and written EnglishExhibits Stoneridge Software's Core Values of Integrity, Technical Excellence, Tenacity, Client Centric, and Enjoy your WorkTravel and work location: Remote in the United States or in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan)Visa sponsorship information: Visa sponsorship is not offered; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. or CanadaCompensationOur philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance.
