We seek a Senior Software Engineer – AI Platform Engineer to lead and contribute to the design, development, and operation of our AI platform using modern tools, cloud-native services, and scalable architectures.What You’ll DoTechnical Leadership: drive user stories to completion, assess risks, and document deployment and infrastructure best practices.Collaborate/Partner: work with engineering teams and leaders to identify and implement optimal AI solutions.Operational Excellence: deliver secure, observable solutions; participate in design, code, and metrics reviews.Continuous Improvement: contribute to planning, requirements, development, and testing across the software development lifecycle for AI solutions.What You’ll Bring5+ years of experience as a software engineer.Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.Experience driving engineering best practices and automation.Experience building large-scale back-end services and APIs using modern architectures (macro/mini/micro services).Strong understanding of software engineering principles and cloud-native operations.Ability to build robust, reusable solutions and to mentor others.Ability to unblock and accelerate team delivery.Familiarity with deployment and observability strategies for continuous delivery and high availability.Experience using metrics to understand development productivity and drive improvements.Effective verbal and written communication with strong collaboration and organizational skills.Ideally, you will also have experience withAI Evaluation and Experimentation Toolsets (e.g., MLFlow, LangFuse).Containerized development (Docker).Data Lake, Relational (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases.Automated software testing (unit, integration, contract).Infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services or pensationPay Range: $126,100 - $193,325 annually.
