This role will manage critical IT projects that enable collaboration and mission success across the FBI workforce. This position requires an Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance, supporting a DOJ FBI five-year contract beginning mid-July 2025. The primary work location is Patriots Plaza in Washington DC (with a possible work location of Mission Ridge in Chantilly, VA upon special request and client approval). Some telework flexibility may be available on a case-by-case basis.Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:ResponsibilitiesThe IT Project Lead will manage and oversee projects within the FBI's Web Services Unit (WSU), which provides critical software development tools and solutions including SharePoint environments across enclaves, on-demand SharePoint sites, Bridge and FISA Management System (FISAMS) connecting FBI and DOJ, Enterprise Briefing System (EBS) for secure intelligence reporting, and Microsoft 365 Power Platform implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to bridge business and technical requirements in a secure government environment. Key responsibilities include:Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from original concept through final implementationProvide technical and analytical leadership/guidance to project teamsServe as liaison between business and technical aspects of projectsPlan project stages and assess business implications for each stageMonitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are metClearanceActive Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearanceRequired Qualifications, Experience, Skills & AbilitiesBachelor's degree in related field7+ years of experience in IT project managementKnowledge of current project management methodologies and best practices in classified environmentsExperience with SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 Power PlatformStrong leadership abilities and excellent communication skillsKnowledge of IT security protocols in government settingsProficiency with project management tools and softwarePreferred Qualifications, Experience, Skills & AbilitiesProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentExperience working with FBI, DOJ or federal law enforcement agenciesExperience with secure intelligence reporting systemsKnowledge of system development life cycle methodologiesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
