You will have access to the best sensor data in the world and an incredible infrastructure for testing and validating your algorithms. Our ML group is working on generating rich and diverse 3D environments, humans, and environmental conditions, and you will be able to contribute to all of This Role, You WillResearch, implement, and optimize state of the art machine learning approaches to improve simulation variation and fidelityCollaborate with ML Researchers, Technical Artists and Simulation engineers to bring new ML techniques to our production simulatorBuild scalable, useable cloud pipelines for machine learning solutions in 3D simulationImprove rendering and tooling for generating realistic data at scaleQualifications7+ years of experience with programming and algorithm designFluency in Python and C++Experience building and extending radiance field ML modelsPublications or production experience in human-centric 3D vision, 3D reconstruction, or style transferStrong mathematical skills and understanding of probabilistic techniquesBonus QualificationsBachelor's, Master's or PhD in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related fieldPublications in your field (CVPR, ICCV, RSS, ICRA preferred)Experience with generative models for 3D or video contentExperience automating 3D content pipelines using applications like Houdini, Maya, or BlenderExperience in distributed systems and cloud computing platformsExperience in generative camera, lidar, radar, or LWIRCompensationThere are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from $190,000 to $285,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package.
