As a network team member, your primary responsibility will be focused on improving and growing the existing Anduril wireless network infrastructure and processes. You will also be working with other engineering and infosec teams to deploy and secure the network infrastructure required to protect Anduril's critical systems and data. While not your primary responsibility, you will get the opportunity to work in a wide spectrum of environments including enterprise, service provider, datacenter, cloud, and production networks. You will be responsible for assigned tasks, individual projects and deadlines, monitoring network health, and providing escalation network support to all Andurilians. With limited supervision, this person should be able to configure and deploy wireless systems, troubleshoot layer2/3 wired and wireless network connectivity, and support end users with wireless problems.About The JobWHAT YOU’LL DOAudit existing wireless infrastructure to determine areas of growth and needed improvements include performing active site surveys to compare to existing predictive wireless heat mapsSeamlessly add 6Ghz spectrum into wireless environmentIncorporate wireless infrastructure into automation tools/processesDocument standard troubleshooting processes for common wireless and act as SME for wireless issues that occurEstablish wireless monitoring dashboards/metrics in collaboration with our GNOCProvide predictive heat-maps to facilities/low-voltage vendors for both brownfield and greenfield wireless deploymentsProvide engineering support for private 5G wireless connectivityInstall, configure, and support network equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure highly available network operationsSolve complex technical problems with little supervision and escalate when appropriateMaximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshootingManage scheduled upgradesReport network status to key stakeholdersRequired QualificationsExpert level IEEE 802.11 wireless experienceAruba wireless platform experience including large-scale Mobility Conductor and Mobility Controllers deploymentsEkahau survey and optimization platformsMid-level enterprise experience with TCP/IP, Ethernet, IEEE 802.1Q VLANs, and IEEE 802.1x with RADIUSExperience with owning projects from start to finish with limited directionPassion for technology and teamwork focused attitudeAbility to learn new technologies quicklyStrong Documentation skillsGood communication skills - both written and verbalAbility to travel for remote deployments when requiredMust be able and willing to lift 50 poundsSupport weekly On-call rotationEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearancePreferred QualificationsExperience with Cisco, Aruba, and Palo Alto hardware platformsExperience with Palo Alto Network Solutions (Panorama and NGFW appliances)Extensive experience with vendor agnostic Layer2/Layer3 services and wirelessExtensive experience with stateless ACLs, stateful firewalls, and IDS/IPSExperience with scalable IPSec deploymentsExperience with both Enterprise and Datacenter (EVPN-VXLAN) networkingExperience with Private Cloud deploymentsExperience with Service Provider (SR-MPLS) networkingExperience with Arista hardwareExperience with Classified networkingExperience with AWS, Azure, GCP, OCIExperience with Python, Nornir, Jinja, Ansible, Terraform,Experience in a Zero trust/beyond corp environment is a plusUS Salary Range$150,000—$225,000 USDBenefitsThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
