With our hyper-growth we are looking for a manager to lead a highly technical mobile application delivery team in support of American’s business initiatives. This role will ensure the success of the multiple squads reporting to them. These squads work on feature enhancements that have been prioritized by the business for optimum customer engagement. These new features drive increased revenue, improve operational efficiencies, build loyalty, and close competitive gaps. You will mentor, coach, and motivate employees.
