Job Title: Integration & Test EngineerLocation: Anaheim, CAJob ID: #71659Pay Range: $30-35 ph (W2)Duration: 12 mosSUMMARYThis position is to test chillers manufactured on-site. The test engineer will work with manufacturing to do final acceptance testing and various engineering testing prior to shipment.RESPONSIBILITIESComplete acceptance and Design Verification testing, burn-in and temperature as per testing procedures and guidance from plete all necessary Acceptance Test Forms.Collect Data Manually and Electronically using Data Acquisition Equipment and create charts and tables using Excel and other softwareDetailed troubleshooting of new Production unitsCompletion of all internal travelers and work order information to document complete test processReview all engineering and manufacturing documentation for complete accuracy of unit completionFollow company's inspection guidelines to conduct critical non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical test and functional inspections on a wide variety of components, assemblies, equipment, systems, supplies and materials.Performs Acceptance Test Procedure/Plan (ATP). Verifies apparatus and equipment for conformance to electrical, mechanical and other requirements using various kinds of electrical and mechanical test equipment.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBS in Mechanical Engineering or related field -OR- no degree with 5 years of experience in HVAC & Data Plotting/AnalysisExcellent Computer skillsGood teamwork and can work with minimum supervisionHighly analytical and very keen on detailsEffective oral and written communication skillsSteel Toe BootsEquipment skills - Data Acquisition Devices, Amp Clamp, Multimeter, TC ReaderUniversal Refrigeration Technician - EPA 608PREFERRED (but not required) EXPERIENCEExperience with testing machinery or equipment(2 Years)Electrical troubleshooting skills(2 Years)Hands on work with pumping systems or similar(2 Years)Data acquisition equipment(2 Years)Benefits provided:401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state lawButler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
