Join us at .ResponsibilitiesLead the development, validation, and deployment of predictive and statistical models to solve key business problemsAnalyze structured and unstructured data using Python, SQL, and relevant ML/AI frameworksDesign and execute experiments (e.g., A/B tests), interpret results, and recommend data-driven decisionsCollaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define analytics goals and influence strategyBuild dashboards or self-service tools to scale insights across the businessDocument analytical approaches and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesMentor junior analysts and data scientists, contributing to best practices and code reviewsQualifications3-5 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or related rolesAdvanced Python skills for data analysis, modeling, and ML (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.)Expert-level SQL for complex data querying and transformationProven experience applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques in productionExperience in working with cloud platforms, such as GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.Experience with analytic tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.Strong communication and storytelling skills with dataAdditional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people!
