This role involves driving innovation, managing engineering teams, and collaborating across departments to develop scalable mobile solutions that impact millions of users globally.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor small teams of engineers, overseeing software development, design, and architectural decisions.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure high-quality code and best practices are maintained across projects.Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.Drive technical innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and integrating new technologies.Minimum QualificationsOver 10 years of experience in mobile and desktop user experience development.At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing engineering teams.Deep expertise in Mobile App Development, including React Native, iOS, and Android.Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies, especially Azure.Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills and ExperienceExperience with DevOps, Chaos Engineering, SRE, and operational excellence.Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Additional InformationPosition is full-time, based in Bentonville, AR, with a salary range of $130,000 - $260,000.
