This is a highly visible role where you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique operational needs, and architect solutions that drive their business forward.What You'll DoBecome a Trusted Advisor: Build deep, trust-based relationships with our customers by understanding their business goals and operational workflows.Architect Innovative Solutions: Lead the design and integration of the Quvia platform into customer environments, ensuring our solutions are both technically sound and aligned with their business objectives.Drive Pre-Sales Success: Showcase the power of Quvia through compelling technical workshops, whitepapers, demos, and proof-of-concept projects that solve real-world problems.Collaborate Across Teams: Work in close partnership with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate customer needs into successful deployments and long-term value.Be a Voice for Quvia: Represent Quvia as a thought leader at industry conferences and events through speaking engagements and published content.What You'll BringExperience: 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering.Technical Depth:Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, firewalls), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and edge computing.Expertise in NAS/SAN concepts and protocols (NFS, SMB).Proficiency in Linux (RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration, including file system permissions and mount points.Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or munication Skills: An exceptional ability to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborative Mindset: A proactive and collaborative approach to creative problem-solving.SaaS Savvy: Previous experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud, analytics, or data platform solutions is a strong plus.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation: A strong salary and meaningful equity options.Performance-Based Bonuses: Opportunities for bonuses based on your prehensive Benefits: Medical and vision benefits.Work-Life Balance: A flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.Retirement Savings: Access to a 401(k) plan.High-Impact Role: An opportunity to make a significant impact at a rapidly growing startup and shape the future of AI-driven connectivity.Quvia will never ask to interview job applicants via text message or ask for personal banking information as part of the interview process.
