As the Systems Configuration Lead for Sales & Distribution (SD), you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP SD solutions with a focus on process optimization, system integrity, and successful delivery. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet our evolving business needs.About RevatureRevature is one of the largest and fastest-growing employers of technology talent across the U.S., partnering with Fortune 500 companies, the biggest System Integrators, and Government Contractors to identify experienced professionals who can be effective leaders.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage SAP SD configurations and system changes across development, testing, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycleAlign SAP SD business processes, data structures, enhancements, and workflows with enterprise capabilitiesManage and monitor transport requests and ensure adherence to documentation standards and change control processesAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goalsParticipate in requirements gathering and provide expert consultation on SAP SD best practicesFacilitate knowledge transfer and end-user training to support system adoption and understandingTroubleshoot issues, resolve data inconsistencies, and ensure high system reliability and performanceLead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environmentWhat We're Looking For:5-7 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)Bachelor’s degree or higherProven experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)Strong understanding of Agile methodology and practical experience applying Agile in SAP environmentsHands-on experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processesProficiency in integration and regression testing practicesFamiliarity with documentation standards and quality assurance processesExperience leading/managing small functional or cross-functional teamsPreferred qualifications:Certifications: SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Private Edition) & PMP (Project Management Professional)Strong estimation and planning skillsAbility to use data-driven decision-making to guide system changes and enhancementsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholdersProven ability to mentor and support team member developmentEqual Opportunity EmployerRevature (“Company”) is an equal opportunity employer.
