In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of automated testing solutions to ensure the functionality, performance, accessibility, and reliability of our web applications meet the highest standards of quality and engagement. You’ll play a critical role in delivering seamless user experiences by collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to drive a culture of quality, champion Test-Driven Development (TDD), ensure ADA compliance, lead performance testing initiatives and support production validation.If you feel that this is the role for you, and you are successful with your application, be ready to be Bold, Empowered, Accountable, and ready to have Fun in a fast paced and agile working environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute test strategies for web applications, ensuring proper functionality, responsiveness, and performance.Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient automated test frameworks and test suites. Integrate test framework with test management tools like ADO to manage test plan execution results.Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with developers to resolve issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and ensure testability and accessibility of tegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution and results. Integrate test automation framework with cross platform execution tools.Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in test automation, accessibility, performance, and software quality.QualificationsBachelor/'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Required).5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.2+ years of experience mentoring other QA engineers.Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, C#).Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).Proven experience implementing and working in TDD environments.Experience with accessibility testing tools and understanding of ADA/WCAG compliance.Experience testing web applications built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites CMS.Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.Experience with production validation practices and tools (e.g., monitoring dashboards, log analysis, synthetic testing).Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).Good experience with low code or no code automation tools.Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker).Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.What we OfferInsurance Plans (Medical/Life)401KCompetitive BonusMobility AllowanceTuition ReimbursementCompany HolidaysVolunteering timeAnd Many More…..Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.The Company is only considering applicants who are currently authorized to work in the country the position is based.
