OverviewDarigold is excited to share we/'re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives that drive growth, differentiation, and long-term value for Darigold and our Northwest family farmer owners. As a senior member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategy, guiding cross-functional teams and delivering results across portfolios, channels, and geographies.Darigold/'s Marketing team is an enterprise-wide function responsible for brand management and performance marketing that supports profitable, sustainable growth. We design, develop and steward brands that lead dairy forward and deliver measurable impact.The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader with deep marketing expertise, strong business acumen and a passion for building brands that matter.Darigold is the fifth largest dairy cooperative in the United States based on milk volume, and one of the largest privately held organizations headquartered in the state of Washington. Darigold is now known throughout the world for bringing fresh, wholesome dairy products and ingredients from the Northwest to people all around the globe.ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will DoLead strategic brand planning for assigned portfolios, including development of long-term brand vision, positioning, and growth strategies.Translate insights into action by synthesizing category, consumer, and customer data into compelling brand strategies and initiatives.Champion brand stewardship across the organization, ensuring consistent messaging, design, and experience across all touchpoints.Oversee integrated marketing plans across paid, earned, and owned channels, including media, shopper marketing, sponsorships, and promotions.Drive innovation strategy, leading cross-functional teams from ideation through commercialization, including concept testing, formulation, packaging, and launch.Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to develop customer-facing materials and storytelling assets that support sell-in and reinforce strategic partnerships.Mentor and guide junior brand managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with brand goals and efficient execution of campaigns.Own brand budgets and marketing spend, ensuring financial discipline and ROI across initiatives.Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to shape an enterprise-wide marketing strategy, capabilities, and processes that drive repeatable success.QualificationsWhat You Bring7+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields, ideally within CPG/FMCG.Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results.BA/BS required; MBA preferred, with academic background in marketing, business, or related disciplines.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with fluency in marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, SWOT, etc.).Expertise in consumer insights, syndicated data analysis (Nielsen, IRI, etc.), and performance marketing tactics.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a collaborative and proactive approach.High adaptability, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong project management skills in dynamic environments.Benefits of Working at DarigoldWe understand that as an employee, the benefits that support you and your family in and out of work are important.
