Located in Austin, TX, this individual will develop and execute public affairs strategies to effectively tell CLEAR’s story to elected officials, community partners, local opinion leaders, and members in Austin and other key markets across several states located in our South region.What you'll do:Work cross-functionally with Public Affairs, Aviation, Marketing and Communications, and CLEAR1 teams to develop and execute creative public affairs campaigns that advance CLEAR's business objectives and best utilize our assets and resourcesIdentify, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government, business, and other areas; and educate stakeholders on CLEAR’s mission and growthMonitor relevant legislative activity in several state and local legislatures, and ensure CLEAR’s perspective is representedDevelop and execute plans to manage public policy and political challenges in select marketsIdentify, develop and manage strategic community partnerships in select marketsRepresent the company at events, legislative hearings, and stakeholder meetings as neededManage vendors and political consultants in select marketsTravel up to 50% of the timeHow you'll measure success:Stakeholder Engagement: Track the quality of relationships built and maintained with key government, business, and community stakeholders within the South regionPolicy and Advocacy Impact: Evaluate success in navigating and influencing public policy, evidenced by positive outcomes in legislation, regulatory actions, and community responses in priority areasCommunity Partnership Growth: Measure the establishment and effectiveness of strategic community partnerships, including the alignment of these partnerships with CLEAR’s business objectivesWhat you're great at:Government relations and issue advocacyStakeholder management across diverse geographic marketsDeveloping extensive and strong relationships with government, civic, non-profit, and business leadersPlanning and organizationHow You'll be Rewarded:At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best.
