Equivalents include: master’s degree with 6 years, PhD with 3 years, or 12 years in a related field.Proven experience managing, mentoring, and coaching team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skills and ability to facilitate discussions in customer-facing environmentsExceptional follow-through, time management, and project management skills to deliver measurable resultsAnalytics or market research skillsCreative mindset to develop compelling messaging, campaigns, or solutionsFamiliarity with AI prompting, generative AI tools, or emerging technologies in marketing and product strategyPreferredDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldAutomotive industry experienceCompensationUSD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year. The base salary may vary within the range based on location and candidate qualifications. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.BenefitsThe Company offers eligible employees vacation with pay, seven paid holidays per year, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually.
