As a member of the company’s leadership team, this position is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s digital strategy to strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and deliver measurable results for clients. The director oversees all digital channels, including social media, email, paid media, SEO, website development, and emerging technologies, ensuring they work together to achieve business addition to guiding digital marketing initiatives, the director manages a team of professionals and external partners, providing leadership, training, and development to build a high-performing department. This role is accountable for budget management, campaign performance, and the seamless delivery of digital solutions that meet both client and company goals. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support business growth in the home services sector. Drive collaboration between the digital team, sales, and Marketing Managers. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform and adjust strategies that drive measurable impact.Process: Establish, document, and refine efficient processes that create consistency and scalability across all digital marketing functions. Ensure workflows are streamlined, effective, and enable the team to deliver high-quality results.Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns across search, social, email, display, and content channels. Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain accurate conversion tracking and proper attribution across all digital efforts.Results: Take ownership of digital marketing performance by defining, tracking, and analyzing key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making and continuously optimize campaigns. Maintain clear and actionable reporting munication & Collaboration: Serve as the strategic liaison between the digital marketing team, leadership team, and cross-functional departments. Provide oversight of digital team members while coordinating closely with Agile tiger-team Product Owners and the corresponding director to ensure dual accountability, alignment, and seamless collaboration. Champion transparent communication, foster company-wide collaboration, and deliver regular leadership updates on performance outcomes, strategic challenges, and growth opportunities.Knowledge and Skill RequirementsA bachelor's degree in a Digital Marketing-related field.8 or more years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing dedicated position for an in-house team or an agency; management experience is required.Required: Proficient use of business software, including Microsoft Office, Google, and project management platforms (e.g., Wrike).Proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.Skilled in vendor selection, management, and contract negotiations.Must be Proactive, resourceful, organized, creative, process and timeline-driven.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills with leadership, account managers, team members, clients, and business contacts.Working Conditions and Physical RequirementsThe job is usually performed indoors in a traditional office setting. The position is a hybrid in-office role, with standard hours of work and days being 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The position is based in the office from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
