Our vision is to shape the future of audio, where everyone is connected to the voices, stories and music they love wherever they are.How You’ll Make An ImpactThe Coordinator will be responsible for purchasing audio content for Seeded Radio Library and maintaining coverage for the product. The position will work cross-functionally with Broadcast Engineering for content identification and ingest, IT to troubleshoot purchasing/ingesting issues, and Licensing/Reporting to assist with metadata backfill. The Coordinator will assist with general Music Channel Library Development as needed.What You’ll DoCoordinate efforts with support from Broadcast Engineering, IT and ProgrammingAssist metadata backfill efforts, as neededMaintain music library / catalog tied to dedicated Seeded RadioWork with members of the Music Programming team to create superior radio programs/music channel library development as neededSupport creative processes, content development and productionLoad audio elements into music automation systemProperly enter song information and non-music elements into automation system maintaining required royalties dataDevelop an understanding of the music scheduling software and automation systemLearn audio editing, fades and inserting correct digital markers to optimize sound based on music/content selection and channel genreWhat You’ll NeedThorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Google Sheets1+ years of experience in Media Library Maintenance and Expansion and/or Metadata management4-Year College Degree or equivalent experienceInterpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levelsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to take initiative and follow through on projectsExcellent time management, prioritization and ability to multi-task under shifting deadlinesPosition is Hybrid, requiring 2+ in-office days per weekMust have legal right to work in the U.S.EEO StatementAt SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The base salary for this position is described as $21/hr and will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentives.
