OverviewBrand Ambassador role at Lucid Motors – Lucid is growing our brand as a post-luxury brand centered around sustainability and human experience. The Brand Ambassador is the first point of engagement guests will have at the Lucid studio. This position involves welcoming guests, resolving general inquiries, scheduling test drives, lead capture in CRM (Salesforce), understanding customer budget, preferences, and timeline, listening to customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles, referring high-potential leads to Sales Specialists, directing guests to the appropriate contact, developing deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services, stimulating customer consideration by explaining features, specifications, and pricing of all models, providing backend operational support for order paperwork and vehicle status, facilities management, supporting the Studio Manager in retail operations, ensuring test drive and showcase vehicle readiness, and assisting with daily operations as needed.
