As a Junior Special Projects Associate, you’ll be a flexible, fast-moving contributor across client campaigns for political committees, national organizations, and faith-based nonprofits. Whether you're drafting last-minute copy, pitching in on a social graphic, or assembling a rapid-turnaround deck, you’ll help fill critical gaps and keep projects moving. This role is ideal for someone resourceful, creative, and eager to learn—offering exposure to digital fundraising, influencer engagement, and voter outreach in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives by coordinating timelines, task lists, and deliverables—often working across departments like marketing, ops, or creativeConduct desk research, synthesize findings into briefs or summaries, and assist in preparing competitive analyses, trend reports, or project-specific deep dives to support data-informed decision-makingHelp track KPIs, milestones, and progress on special projects by maintaining project trackers, updating dashboards, and preparing performance or status reports for leadership or stakeholdersAct as a point of coordination between teams by organizing meetings, taking notes, facilitating follow-ups, and ensuring alignment on goals, deadlines, and priorities across moving partsDutiesBuild strong problem-solving, project management, research, and communication skillsGain exposure to multiple departments, leadership priorities, and high-impact business initiativesWork in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and adapt to changing tasks or priorities as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredPassion for Republican politicsBackground in marketing or advertising preferred, but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsAbility to manage multiple task deadlinesOrganized, flexible, and able to work both independently and with the teamThe type of person who thrives at Direct PersuasionAdaptableOrganizedCompetitiveLearnerResponsibleAmbitiousCultureWe are a next-generation digital agency with a passion for Republican politics and issue advocacy.
