Job Description

OverviewThe Engagement Manager leads successful engagements with customers for HR Path. They represent HR Path’s image and interests, establish a relationship of trust with clients and team members, and coordinate project activities within their team along with the customer project team. The Engagement Manager participates in business development, project delivery, people management, and project profit/margin management.Your ProfileStructured around capabilities that enable successful client engagements, including: Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to clients at all levels with strong relationship-building capabilities. Skilled in translating technical concepts into functional usage for clients, both verbally and in written form. Proven problem solving skills with the ability to work with all levels of clients and lead a project team toward win-win outcomes. Experience in at least 7 full project lifecycles. Thought leadership in at least one SuccessFactors sub-module (or other HCM software) and expert knowledge in at least one other module. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project management skills for implementing modules. Ability to discuss and finalize project proposals with customers. Ability to link customer needs to specific elements of the HR Path product/service portfolio. Expert knowledge of integration possibilities between HCM solutions and other systems (third parties, intranets, legacy systems). Knowledge of SuccessFactors and hands-on implementation of modules. Ability to manage administrative functions including staffing plans, monthly project reports, goal and performance management input, and other engagement and project management accountabilities as applicable.What We Offer A stimulating work environment within an entrepreneurial and international culture.
