You will drive the sales of our healthcare IT services and solutions focused on improving care quality, patient engagement and physician satisfaction You will oversee business development and sales responsibilities, including identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will also work with and leverage a top-notch client management and consulting team.The OpportunityManage current client roster while developing new business opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, academic medical centers and health plans.Promote and sell UST’s full suite of healthcare solutions/services including:Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) optimization and integration.Cloud-based infrastructure solutions ( Epic to Public Cloud)Intelligent Service Desks ( Clinical, Patient focused, IT) powered by Conversational, Ambient and Behavioral AI agentsIntegrated SaaS solutions/managed services ( Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce) for hospitalsData harmonization and analytic solutions ( in partnership with Microsoft Fabric, AWS HealthLake, Google BigLake/BigQuery)Develop and execute a strategic account plan, focused on expanding service offerings and growing revenue within the accountIdentify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introducing additional services orWork with delivery teams to ensure the successful design, development, and implementation of client solutionsMonitor project performance, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and address any delivery issues that may impact client satisfactionAct as a client advocate, ensuring their needs are represented within the organization and addressed by internal teamsManage client feedback processes, handle escalations, and proactively resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levelsCreate and manage relationships across a variety of stakeholders including technical leads to the C-Suite – both business and IT to drive relevant and meaningful new business opportunities and growthGlobal Delivery Management Ownership (offshore and onshore) to address all people or infrastructure-related issues that may be affecting the delivery of projects in your portfolioWhat You NeedBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related fieldAn MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plusAt least 10 years of experience in client-facing roles within the IT services industry preferably in Healthcare IT, with a background in account management, consulting, or service deliveryStrong relationship-building and client management skills, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesProven experience in growing account revenue and managing large accountsSolid understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and emerging technologiesAbility to work cross-functionally with technical and delivery teamsBonus PointsYou have experience managing multi-million dollar accounts or Fortune 500 clientsYou have knowledge of specific industry domains healthcare and retail would be a plusYou have familiarity with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)You can drive digital and industry relevant experiences to benefit the clientYou have significant business development experienceYou have a good understanding of the industry specific business issues, drivers and relevant solutionsCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.Role Location: RemoteCompensation Range: $160,000-$240,000BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching.
