A day in the life As our Senior Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll provide advanced client service including claim resolution, billing and eligibility issues. Solves complicated issues while keeping consultant informed of results. Our Senior Client Manager drives carrier negotiations and oversees technology implementation, testing and achieves clean “go-live” to client. In addition, they will conduct carrier implementation with a high level of attention to detail on complex benefit design. Our Senior Client Manager demonstrates the ability and confidence in driving client strategy and directly interacts with client’s decision makers. Advanced knowledge of self-funded plans will be needed to navigate this role, as well as experience in captive markets. Our future colleague We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Working knowledge of insurance products/lines and various funding mechanisms with advanced knowledge of self-funding and captive markets Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: 5-7 years of experience in HR or benefits Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
