This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can blend strategy with execution.Responsibilities: · Lead, mentor, and motivate our sales team.· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.· Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare partners. · Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams for successful product launches.Reports directly to the President, CEO on performance and market insights, along with sales forecasting.Qualifications: · 7+ years in sales with 3+ years in a management role, preferably in the medical foot and ankle care market.· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.· Skilled in building teams and developing talent.· Strong communicator with data-driven decision-making skills.· Comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, and key accounts.· Willing to travel occasionally for trade shows, client visits, and corporate events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
