You’ll be responsible for driving revenue through a combination of first-class account management and proactive selling of our full-stack, end-to-end technology solution. Nexxen’s platform, consisting of an integrated DSP, DMP and SSP, has a global reach with over 1 BILLION unique profiles, that is accessible across ALL CHANNELS, ALL DEVICES, and verified with advanced measurement tools. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and build long-term, reliable relationships with agencies and brand direct clients by delivering superior sales and client service acumen.Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are.Achieve fiscal and strategic goalsCultivate and nurture connections with agencies and brandsOversee sales forecasting tools and reportingCollaborate with local Trading and Account management teams to achieve client goals by coordinating stakeholder milestones for project completionCommunicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, adapting communication style to persuade and positively influence outcomesRecognize business challenges that Nexxen's solutions can addressInnovate and implement solutions for unarticulated needs and both new and existing market requirementsPlease note - We have ahybridwork model with the expectation of3 days in the local officeto collaborate with your amazing teamates.What will I bring?10+ years of experience in AdTech sales, selling to brands and ad agenciesA proven approach to solution selling: Positioning and packaging bespoke offerings across our solution set (THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTIONAL MEDIA SALES ROLE)Solid track record of exceeding revenue expectationsDeep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem including DSP, SSP, DMP, ad networks, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other online advertising technologiesFamiliarity with key MarTech ecosystem functions, including CDPs and CRM functionalityFamiliarity with key data and measurement partners across the programmatic ecosystemStrong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clientsEstablished network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and advertising agencies locally and within the Midwest regionAbility to manage strategic and complicated sales cycles involving multiple internal and external teamsStrong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentwhile maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and businessexcellenceAdd value to the Nexxen cultureBachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferredAt Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution. We would rather see your application than risk missing out on your potential to make an support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in (Los Angeles) is $140,000 - $160,000 at the time of posting , with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
