Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.Job DetailsThe Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking an outstanding leader to join our AMER team. The successful candidate will lead a specialist sales team in growing the Success Plan to every Salesforce license opportunity, and collaborating tightly with core sales and other collaborators like the Account Success teams. This individual will be responsible for forecasting, developing, communicating, and delivering a sales strategy while for a portion of the AMER market.The role can be located within metro areas of key Salesforce Hub offices.Duties & Responsibilities:Driving bookings and exceeding ACV targets to grow the Success Plans businessAccurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales managementBuild relationships with Sales leadership, including SVPs, AVPs and RVPs, to review territory performance and identify strategies and opportunities for Success Plan sales.Build relationships with regional programs teams to drive Success programsCreating and gaining executive agreement on a Success Plan sales strategy that is co-owned by the core license sales and The Success organizationsEngaging at the C-level in customer organizations to position the value of targeted success plansDeveloping a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talentCoaching direct reports on strategies to drive bookingsDriving operational excellence within the Sales teamPosition and drive Success Plans internal enablement programs, including content creation and internal training.Evangelize Customer Success internally and externally.Minimum Requirements:Demonstrated experience leading a high growth $1B+ portfolio of sales focused customersExperience working within the software/infrastructure/platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) spacePrevious experience managing and growing sales teamsProven people leadership skills to develop, drive, and motivate managers.Consistent track record of accomplishment in successfully managing a services, and support sales organization.Demonstrated ability to create and communicate a clear and inspiring vision for growth.Capable of maturing a high-growth business and teams.Ability to collaborate and influence in a 'win as a team' environment, effectively working with senior executives in a matrix organization5+ yrs Previous experience managing a team of quota carrying sales reps.Preferred Requirements:Deep executive sales experienceExtensive experience with Global teams, both internal and externalDemonstrated ability to strategize and implementStrong leadership capabilitiesExperience in sales coaching and mentoringAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environmentHas a strong drive for resultsStrong engagement and communication skillsConsultative selling experienceCan collaborate and influence in a 'win as a team' environmentResourcefulIs a trusted advisor to the customers and colleaguesStrong intuition for businessSalesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment.Accommodations: If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via the Accommodations Request Form. #J-18808-Ljbffr
