We are one of the top 2 Taekwondo studios in Ohio with 61 medals and 24 competitors at the AAU Taekwondo National Championships with over 3200 competitors. We pride ourselves on creating a positive learning environment where individuals of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from our programs. Our goal is to foster personal growth and lifelong fitness through martial arts training.Role DescriptionThis part-time hybrid role for a Sales Program Director is based in Lewis Center, Dublin and/or Westerville with the flexibility to work from home. The Sales Program Director will sale memberships and sporting goods, while contacting leads, networking, and maintain leads contact spreadsheet. As well as, develop business strategies, and ensure excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include setting sales goals, make appointments, selling Taekwondo memberships, selling sporting goods, and developing long-term client relationships.QualificationsSales and Sales Operations skillsExperience in Team Management and Business DevelopmentStrong Customer Service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the fitness or martial arts industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or work related experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
