2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.OverviewAs the Director of Sales & Service, oversee and manage the sales and service functions for all sales departments across markets (Louisville, Indianapolis, Cincinnati & Central Kentucky): Commercial Lending (including CRE & Correspondent Banking), Business Banking, Private Banking, Treasury Services (including Treasury Mgmt., International Banking and Credit Cards), Retail, Mortgage, Brokerage and Wealth Management & Trust. Includes developing sales and service strategies, sales campaigns and contests, tracking, reporting and meeting with the President and Executive management regularly to discuss results and brainstorm.ResponsibilitiesSales culture champion for the Bank, including oversight and management of all sales department minimum service standards for customers and referral sources/centers of influence. Manages all source of new business reporting; creates and manages onboarding strategies for new customers for each sales department.Manage and administer all bonus compensation plans for the bank (currently 20+ plans) that measure all sales officer performance; includes calculation of all bonuses and communication.Manage, develop, oversee and communicate the bank-wide referral program including payout calculations within S@YB and passing referral payout data to HR for payout.Meet monthly/regularly with Department Managers and Division Managers of each sales area to discuss results (production, matrix, referrals, sales calls, etc.).Track and manage each department’s Closed Business, Pipeline and Prospect reports; combine data and present to the Board each month.Oversee and manage all components of the Service@YourBest CRM system including communication with InBusiness Services, Inc. to request new/additional programming and reporting capabilities.Manage customer profitability process, SS customer rankings and service standard expectations related to customers, centers of influence and prospects.Develop, implement and track bank-wide sales contests/campaigns.Manage and oversee the quarterly Officer and Sales Officer meetings held throughout the remainder of the year.Manage, communicate, calculate and oversee 1904 Club.Manage and oversee the quarterly President’s Awards.Manage three other employees – Retail Sales & Service Manager, Sales & Service CRM Administrator and Sales Compensation Manager.Speak at Officer meetings, Christmas party and other bank gatherings.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree.Minimum of 10 years banking/management experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong management and organizational skills; comfortable with public speaking; able to work with President and Executive management; strong analytical skills.Experience with S&YB CRM software and Advanced Excel skills.Benefits401(k) with company match up to 6%ESOP employer matchMedical, dental, vision insuranceCancer/Disease insuranceAccident insuranceFlexible Spending AccountsHealth Savings AccountsBank-paid Life/AD&D insuranceVoluntary Life/AD&D insuranceBank-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insuranceEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
