The successful candidate will interact frequently with both management and the operational teams to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all reporting. The role will also be responsible for providing mentorship and guidance to the accounting team and interrelated branches to develop and implement policies and strategies to ensure data accuracy and risk mitigation.We are looking for a trustworthy, detailed, strategic, organized, self-motivated, collaborative leader and team player who takes pride in their work and is committed to fostering strong relationships. The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background and will need a dynamic and effective communication style to lead multifunction teams towards the same goal.
