About the Role We’re looking for a Business Unit Controller to take the financial lead for one of our key business units. You’ll be the go-to partner for operational leaders, translating numbers into insights and helping shape strategies that drive profitability and growth. What You’ll Do Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the business unit. Provide clear, actionable analysis on performance, costs, and opportunities. Partner with operations to evaluate projects, investments, and pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA a plus). 5+ years in financial management, controlling, or accounting. Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and advanced Excel/ERP skills (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central). Sharp analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Why Join Us?
