Join to apply for the Fiscal Analyst role at TEKsystems1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Fiscal Analyst role at TEKsystems1 year remote contractKey ResponsibilitiesBudget Development & Monitoring:Assist in the development, tracking, and management of the client project budget, including federal and state funding sources.Monitor expenditures and encumbrances to ensure alignment with approved budgets and funding guidelines.Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for internal and external stakeholders.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.Grant & Federal Funding ComplianceEnsure compliance with federal funding requirements, including CMS guidelines and cost allocation rules.Track and report on grant expenditures and assist with audit preparation and documentation.Procurement & Contract SupportSupport procurement processes by preparing cost estimates, reviewing vendor invoices, and ensuring contract compliance.Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to align fiscal activities with contract terms and ternal Controls & DocumentationMaintain accurate and organized financial records, including documentation for audits and federal reporting.Support the development and implementation of internal controls and fiscal policies.We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protectedClassification.
