This confidential opportunity targets leaders prepared to grow into a senior leadership path and deliver 5-star service.Base pay and compensationBase pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yrAdditional compensation types: Annual BonusTotal Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 + 15% BonusWhat You’ll Be DoingLead the Team with Impact: Mentor and motivate front desk, concierge, PBX, and bell staff to deliver exceptional service and foster a culture of excellence.Elevate the Guest Experience: Anticipate needs, resolve issues with care, and create memorable moments that keep guests coming back.Run the Operation: Oversee daily hotel performance, set clear objectives, and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.Think Like an Owner: Monitor budgets, review financials, and drive profitability while maintaining the highest service standards.Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with marketing and operations leaders to enhance service delivery and promote the hotel’s offerings.Maintain Excellence: Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory requirements, and 5-star quality standards.What Makes You a Great FitBachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Outgoing, hospitable, and approachable—you love connecting with people.2–4+ years of management experience within hotels or resorts.
