The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to women throughout their reproductive health journey, including prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. The APP Lead serves as the primary resource for NP/PAs in the Division of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is responsible for APP role optimization, orientation of new team members, staffing, day-to-day clinical schedules and coordination, and for acting as the liaison to the division APP Physician Supervisor(s). This position reports to the Division Chief of Obstetrics & Gynecology and requires significant cross functional leadership to coordinate the activities of the Division NPs and PAs with clinical division physician and administrative leadership.This position is a secondary administrative appointment with approximately 2-4 hours per week of time is devoted to the team lead administrative duties and remainder maintaining clinical practice within the Division of Obstetrics & Gynecology.DetailsFull time position.
